I'm looking for a white sweet wine I had at the Founder's Inn with lunch. The waiter called it phileo or something similar.

Would like to know where I could get it.

I've heard historians claim this happened in reverse during the Little Ice Age. The cold wrecked France's Northern vineyards leaving the South as the sole source of french wine. Beer got a foothold near the English channel and der Rhine River. Absinthe became a competitor as well, leading of course to the French Revolution.

Wine with Dinner,

Reston Limousine offers weekly wine tours to many of the wineries on the Loudoun Wine Trail, including some of the newer ones, such as Casanel Vineyards, Bluemont Vineyard, Notaviva vineyards and Sunset Hills Vineyard.

If you've visited all of the wineries on our weekly public tours, we also provide private tours to the destination winery or vineyard of your choice! For more information, please visit www.restonlimo.com.

Cheers!

Love the photo! And thanks for the linkback -- that party was lots of fun. Now that you've established ratios for the drink, I will have to give it a try since I actually have 'em all on hand.

You must return! If you liked the Viognier, you will love the Pinot Gris! It's been flying out of the tasting room. And for the red wine drinkers, they have released a new Merlot that is wonderful
